The International Exhibition of Furniture in Milan was born in 1961 from the intuition of a small association of furniture manufacturers. Time has passed, and over the years the event has become a marketing tool and appropriate international reference point for an industry characterized by high dispersion.
The International Milan Furniture Fair 2011, 2 days ago closed its doors and the result has been amazing : over 2,775 exhibitors for an exhibition area of over 200 thousand square meters and a large number of visitors (Over 300 thousand visitors last Tuesday) who has come at the exhibition area of Rho, to get updated about the best solutions and innovations in the field of home furnishings and restaurant and hotel interior design, like those proposed in

During the 2011 edition special attention was devoted to new trends coming from the design world that increasingly relies on the use of materials with low environmental impact.
